Delete Your Relay Partner Account

There’s no self-serve delete button in the app yet — every request is handled directly by our team:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered on your Partner account.
2. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
3. Include your registered email address and your venue’s name, so we can verify it’s really you.
4. We’ll acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete it within 15 days, per the same commitment in our Privacy Policy’s Grievance Officer section.

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your profile information (name, email, contact details).
• Your venue listing content — description, photos, courts, pricing, amenities, and FAQs.
• Device and diagnostic data tied to your account.

Some records can’t be deleted immediately because we’re legally required to keep them:

• Booking, transaction, and payout records — kept for up to [7 years] after account closure, for accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping under Indian law (this involves real money moving through the platform, so it retains longer than purely cosmetic profile data).
• Records related to an open dispute or legal obligation — kept only as long as that specific matter requires.
